It's Friday!

Yeah! It's Friday... Well, I didn't go Changkat last night. Saw my friends' updates at Facebook. It was so happening! The GREEN man! The Guinness! I myself end up spending my night @ Pasar Malam wtf

Time to rest on the following weekend. Planning to go the soft launch of Z-Residence by a well-established developer - Trinity Group on this coming Sunday! Please check out @ the official website if you are looking for property now. Hmmm the location is at Bukit Jalil.

Oh yes! The International Hot Air Balloon Competition 2011 has started @ Putra Jaya. Wanted to go but according to my brother the place will be very crowded and hot (he went last year). You will hardly get parking lot and need to sit so far away. Thinking to go or not... Hmm I don't think my bf will bring me go neither he has bad temper... I'm afraid he will scold me if he can't get parking lot later.

I believe I will have hot air balloon experience in the future cause I'm planning to visit Australia LOL (#sayonly) The hot air balloon at Canberra, Australia is so beautiful! Yes I believe I have the chance. But for now, I am dying to go Korea so much....

Happy Saint Patrick's Day 2011

Today - 17 March 2011 is International St.Patrick's Day!

For you who don't know, Saint Patrick's day is named after Saint Patrick, the most commonly recognised of the patron saints of Ireland. It has gradually become more of a secular celebration of Irish culture. Well, today is a public holiday in Ireland.

Don't know who is Saint Patrick?? Please go google it. I am lazy to do the long writing here. Pardon me...

There will be a serial of events held at Changkat Bukit Bintang by Guinness Malaysia!
Be there and merry with the rest of the people :)

Not sure if I am going, hmm Changkat is actually kinda near from my office. But I need some kaki(s) and a driver...

DR.G BB Cream!!

All this while I use liquid/compact foundation to set my face as it covers my minor freckles and dark spots whenever I do make up.

But then I found out foundation could be very damaging to our face. I didn't want to waste my foundation as it is still so much but then I accidently broke my foundation on the floor the other day, the whole box of the compact powder went crashing :(

However, I have stop using foundation as it will age our skins at very rapid pace!! Imaging you use everyday I can't imagine the total damage to our skin. So, I have discovered a new solution - BB cream!

" Originally formulated in Germany, it was initially used by dermatologists to help laser surgery patients protect, soothe and refine highly sensitive skin while providing light coverage for post-laser scars, acne and other blemishes.
In recent years BB cream has gained a huge following for its skin-regenerating properties and is now also widely used in Asia to provide natural-looking skin coverage. Korean celebrities and cosmetic companies were the first to discover BB cream, and its popularity has now spread from
Korea to China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and South East Asia.
BB creams come in a variety of different formulations. Some are said to have skin whitening or brightening properties, others are anti-acne, some are anti-wrinkle, some are intended to even out skin tone, and yet others to lighten blemish scars. BB creams are sometimes used like a
primer under foundation, and if tinted may even replace foundation. " - Coutersy of wikipedia
Although the coverage of the BB cream is not strong as foundation since my skin doesn't encounter any blemish/acne problem, I am very satisfied with my BB cream! I chose an award winning BB cream which already gained quite number of good reviews among the bloggers around the world - Dr.G!

The BB cream is very hydrating so it's very easy to blend and apply! Your skin won't feel dry and I am thinking to apply it with sponge later. It is advised to use after you apply your daily skin care as usual. The BB cream is with SPF30PA++ and price is considered wise with so many all-in-one functions! It can be acted as foundation, moisturizer, sun-block laaaa...

By the way, Sasa nationwide is having a promotion for the BB cream. 10% discount! Fast grab it before the promotion ends if you are getting one :)

I am not writing an advetorial. The reviews I provided are merely based on my personal opinion after using it. Give it a try if you are looking for a BB cream, no harms trying!

Pray for Japan!

A major earthquake (7.9 magnitude) struck Japan on last Friday some 376 kilometres north east of Tokyo. The earthquake has triggered a widespread tsunami and caused major damage in areas surrounding the city.

The main Tokyo international airport, Narita, is currently closed due to repeated large aftershocks and several other airports serving the city are operating on one runway only causing major air traffic congestion. It is unknown when Narita will reopen.

Major aftershocks continue to affect Tokyo and rolling power blackouts planned throughout the city in the next few days will severely impact travel around the city. Food and fuel shortages are already being reported in many areas of the country and downtown Tokyo hotel rooms are likely to be in short supply.

Let's keep silence for 2 mins and pray for the victims! Pray for Japan!
Is this a sign/warning/alert that end of the world is here soon? Hell NO......... I still have many pending to-do-things in my wishlist!

Malaysians are lucky as our nations do not suffer from any natural disasters. We are the luckiest to have Indonesia, Thailand, Philipines, Kalimantan and etc to cover us from the earthquakes, Volcano explosions, Tsunamis and etc.

Some stupid medias take this golden opportunity to collect high advertisements fees from their clients by claiming the overwhelmed audience to keep their eyes on their latest news from Japan. Ridiculous!!
Hopefully the nuclear plant in Japan is under control now or else more victims will be suffering from the nuclear explosions.

I believe everything will be alright soon!

From Matta Fair

Went Matta Fair for the first time.
Good impression for the fair as there are so many travel agencies participate at the fair.
You can get real fantastic deals from the fair (no kidding!!) from domestic to international trips.

I got my Krabi accomodation and one day 4-island hopping tour package at RM789 per couple (including tipping, breakfast and etc)... Hopefully the travel agent is trustable as my colleagues told me a lot travel agents con accidents occur at Matta Fair >.< My colleague herself has got one case and she swore to god not to go Matta Fair anymore...

If unfortunately the travel agent con me. I will make sure they will ZAP LAP (bankrupt) wtf
I will curse them to death wtf
I will curse them 'suay' forever wtf
Honestly, I'm damn worried now wtf! RM789 is so much for me this cheap labour!!
Let's pray that such bad thing won't happen on me.

Prices of Link Houses gonna Increase Extra 50% by this Year!

Been so lazy to blog ewwwww

Guess my workload not crazy anymore as I can have sunshine day almost everyday!
I have gotten my bonus for year 2010. Hmm what to say? I didn't expect much (although I hope I will have much more) but the amount doesn't surprise me at all. Anyways, I am planning to treat my family a nice dinner! Yet to think what to eat, might be a Korean cuisine.

I have finally talked to my bf that I want a vacation so much. We have booked our air tickets to Krabi this coming May! Yay!!! I gotta have my holiday, 2 months to go!! Might as well going Matta Fair later to look for budget hotels and island hopping tours. My budget is below RM1k hopefully I can make it :)

Read yesterday newspaper that property prices will increase by 13% as the price of construction materials have increased. The link houses will increase 50% OMG this is freaking a lot!!! How to buy a house now? Although the governement & Bank Negara has announced the CAGAMAS scheme (100% financing) but my bf and I not eligible for this program anymore. Fresh graduates who can't afford to pay the down-payment (monthly salary must not exceed RM3k) are eligible but there are so much terms and conditions so I guess not much people will benefit from this! Guess what the property price must between RM100k-RM220k. How to get a condo or landed property in Klang Valley area at this price range?? Unless they don't mind to stay at low costs flat/apartment at rural areas! Nowadays a standard unit of condo costs at least RM3o0k and above in Klang Valley! Even a normal terrace house at my hometown - Triang costs RM300k Can propert ow crazy it would be Klang Valley? Ridiculous right? And last but not least, most of the fresh graduates now are getting very high pay! Who will benefits in the end? You know la I don't wanna mention 'them' here. Sorry but please pardon me I must confess I have racial discrimination problem...

Ok stop here for the moment Imma be at the MATTA fair @ PWTC soon! If anyone of you are thinking of having vacations and wanna save as much costs as possible at the same time, MATTA fair will definitely the best choice! Provided that you survey at all the travel agent booths la, don't la just sign up blindly! SURVEY is important!

Cheers! Good weekend ahead ;)

I Need A SHORT Bre-aa--kkk

I need a short break!! Can I? :(
Been working like a cow :(

It's been a long time I never have a nice vacation since July last year's Bangkok trip!
Bought air tickets to fly Macau some time ago with my bf and flying time was two months ago but cancelled last minute as he thinks taking leave will give a bad impact on his performance and he doesn't have any leaves. On my opinion, I think nothing wrong with staffs taking leaves, it is our benefits!! Since my bf has different opinions (always!) no points I wanna fight with him. I don't have any single chance to win any debates. I do feel SIEN sometimes he won't think to let go of me (He is always right). Hey sometimes his opinions are just so untrue!! Nothing can do on this I can only keep this at my heart and not listening what he talk (pretend to listen) wtf pity myself. Wanted to go with my sister so I don't waste the air tickets but AirAsia told me unable to change names for PROMO tickets!!! Money just burnt like that SIGH

I think I will never have any vacations unless my parents suggest one!! Please, I need a short break to calm myself down! Been so tired on so many things happened around me. I feel myself is such a failure wtf. I am just feeling so unhappy. At least a Hatyai trip or Langkawi or even Pangkor trip I don't mind...

I need to rest my mind. I felt like crying under the rain.
Aiya another EMO post. Please ignore me...
